Sweet Sparkling white wine

TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow, with a slight pink shade. Fine and very persistent perlage. Fragrant, delicate, markedly sweet. TECHNICAL NOTES: This spumante wine is made using highly-prized Moscato grapes from the Colli Euganei, a traditionally strong wine-growing district of central Veneto. The fermentation period is kept relatively short to fully preserve the freshness and fragrance of the grapes. The low alcohol content is achieved by pressing very ripe grapes which, following a low-pressure process, are made into a sparkling wine. The result is a very sweet sparkling wine.
