TASTING NOTES: Full bodied, soft, balanced, intense and persistent. Ready to drink upon release but also good for ageing 5/6 years TECHNICAL NOTES: Soft stalk-stripping and crushing. Maceration-fermentation for 25 days at a temperature ranging between 26 and 28 degrees. Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed the wine is put into barriques for about 24 months.
