TASTING NOTES: Elegant and persistent with flavors of black pepper, strawberry jam and plum. TECHNICAL NOTES: Classic red vinification, long maceration with the skins at controlled temperatures. Refining: From 12 to 18 months in French oak barriques and Slavonian casks. At least 12 months in bottle.
