TASTING NOTES: Turlò is a wine rich in texture but at the same time very soft and tannin in a mouth, ample and persistent, suitable for long ageing. It si ample and interesting to a nose and well mature fruit can be perceived. TECHNICAL NOTES: Fermentation in small steel tubs at controlled temperature. Steeping is prolonged to the maximum of 12 days. Pumping happens frequently especially during the first days of alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation lasts 20 to 25 days with a constant temperature around 20 to 22 degrees. Conservation happens in cement vitrified tubs while one part gets passed to barriques to guarantee the best complexity of product.
