Chardonnay "Vineburg"

TASTING NOTES: This well-balanced Chardonnay features rich flavors and aromas of Golden Delicious apples, white flowers, apricots and citrus. Lively acidity cleanses the palate on the way to a long and pleasing finish of star fruits and lemon. TECHNICAL NOTES: Average harvest sugar was 22.7 Brix. After pressing, all fermentation took place in stainless steel barrels. The lees were stirred twice per week for 7 months. The wine was aged seven months in barrel.
