TASTING NOTES: Intense fragrant aroma with evident fruity notes among which wild black cherry, violet and vanilla. Full balanced flavour with noticeable but discreet tannic component. TECHNICAL NOTES: Maturing: 30% of the mass: 12 months in French oak barrique and 6 months in Slavonian oak cask, 70% of the mass: 18 months in Slavonian oak cask. After a short period in stainless steel drums, it is kept 6 months in bottle.
