TASTING NOTES Deep ruby red in colour, this wine has a fruity bouquet with a distinct aroma of bitter almonds, liquorice and small red berries. Clean on the palate, markedly elegant and tangy, yet still fresh with fruity notes of cherries and plums. TECHNICAL NOTES Pressing: De-stalking then soft crushing of the grapes. - Fermentation: 8-10 days with daily periodic pump overs. - Ageing: 3 months in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
