TASTING NOTES: Great structure, soft, plenty of velvety tannins, very persistent with a long finish, spicy notes of vanilla and chocolate, ready to drink, or can well be aged for 7/8 years. TECHNICAL NOTES: Soft stalk-stripping. Maceration-fermentation for25 days. Malolactic fermentation in barriques followed by 13 months maturation.
