TASTING NOTES: Ruby red in colour with purple tints, this is a fragrant and intensely fruity wine, in which blackberry, plum and cherry are underpinned by spicy notes of white pepper and elegant herbaceous aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, intense, and surprisingly persistent. TECHNICAL NOTES: Vinification: De-stemming and then soft pressing to avoid overly-rupturing the grape skins.
