TASTING NOTES: Fabulous fruity notes make it immediately pleasant and fascinating. Black cherry, cherry, strawberry, vanilla, cocoa, sweet and well-integrated tannins, intense and rich floral notes. Elegant nose and taste with warm and soft mineral notes.  TECHNICAL NOTES: FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE:Thermo-regulated fermentation between 24°C and 29°C takes 7 to 9 days.Maceration on the skins for 5-9 days.AGEING:The wine matures in new barrels and casks for 18 months.
