Boscovivo- Wild Boar's Cured Ham 1kg

As with pork, this is cut from the leg of the wild boar: a compact, dry, lean meat with a pleasantly intense flavour. Distinctive, and widely appreciated.  Naturally, this is excellent in hors d’oeuvres, and makes a delicious, out-of-the-ordinary snack. This delicious ham is produced in small quantities.
