Syrah "Collines Rhodaniennes"

TASTING NOTES: Brilliant, deep ruby colour. Fresh nose of red fruits (backberry, blackcurrant) with notes of spices (pepper, cinnamon), and a hint of liquorice. On the palate, supple and smooth tannins. TECHNICAL NOTES: Grapes are destemmed. Soft extraction to enhance the fruit. No oak to keep its pure varietal character.
