TASTING NOTES Full-bodied, dry and deep flavour with a fruity accent underlined by a slight sapidity. Long and persistent aftertaste. TECHNICAL NOTES The maximum production capacity is 75 ql. per hectare. Aging by law three years, two of them in wooden barrels. 25%-30% of the product is aged in barriques.
