TASTING NOTES Delicate mineral note with hints of violet,rose and licorice. Well balanced, with silky tannins and a long and smooth finish. TECHNICAL NOTES The wine stays for 4 months in a stan-less stell tanks, ageing 10 months in Slovenian oak casks and then rests in the bottle for 2 months.
