"La Linda" Cabernet Sauvignon

TASTING NOTES: La Linda - Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine of deep red color with ruby highlights, of expressive and balanced aromas, with fresh spiced vegetal notes. It is straightforward and mature on the palate, with fine and strong tannins that provide structure. This is a juicy, full-bodied and jammy wine with a lingering aftertaste. Its varietal character is clear, while its typicity is unmistakable. TECHNICAL NOTES: Handpicking, selection of clusters, destemming and grain selection. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C with selected yeasts. When alcoholic fermentation is completed, it is aged in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Lightly filtered while bottled.
