TASTING NOTES: Luigi Bosca Chardonnay is a golden yellow colour wine, with notes of honey, toasted bread and fruit aromas of pineapple, mango and watermelon, very typical of this variety. Besides, it has subtle vanilla hints contributed by partial fermentation in French oak casks. Its palate is nice, round, with fruit volume and full-bodied. It is a well-built, delicate white one with sweet sensations. Excellent finish, with a long permanence in the palate. TECHNICAL NOTES: Handpicking. Destemming and manual selection of grains. Pressed during 6 hours, and decanted in tanks during 24 hours. Fermentation is conducted in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16° C with selected yeasts. Part of the wine completes alcoholic fermentation in new French oak casks, and the rest in tanks. Part of the wine completes malolactic fermentation. Lightly filtered and bottled.
