TASTING NOTES: Bright straw yellow. On the nose, it releases aromas of wild flowers, pink grapefruit and lime. Supple and elegant on the palate, with light mineralflavours, while its aromatic finish suggests good ageing potential. TECHNICAL NOTES: Soft crushing of de-stemmed grapes. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation partially done in October. Aging five months in stainless steel tanks then matured in bottle for 2 months.
