TASTING NOTES: A robust, intense and elegant wine, it is deep ruby red in colour, with a broad and enveloping nose reminiscent of forest fruits entwined with hints of juniper, tobacco and coffee. TECHNICAL NOTES: Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation done in November. Ageing, matured for 16 months in second-use oak barriques, blended together for 2 months then bottle-aged for 10 months.
