TASTING NOTES: A medium-bodied wine with moderate alcohol content. Vibrant ruby red in colour, with a fresh cherry aroma. Its aromatic qualities are at their peak when the wine is young, but it has the potential to age for 2-3 years. TECHNICAL NOTES: Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Ageing , wine is kept in steel tanks until mid February and then matured in bottle for 2 months.
