TASTING NOTES A robust, intense and elegant wine, it is deep ruby red in colour, with a broad and enveloping nose reminiscent of forest fruits entwined with hints of juniper, tobacco and coffee. TECHNICAL NOTES Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation done in November. Ageing, matured for 16 months in second-use oak barriques, blended together for 2 months then bottle-aged for 10 months.
