TASTING NOTES: Ruby red with garnet reflections, hints of maraschino cherry, violets and red fruits. Great fineness in the mouth with tannin that is still young but of excellent quality. Long lasting, elegant and persistent. TECHNICAL NOTES: Selection table for bunches, de-stemming, selection table for individual grapes. Filling of vats by gravity. Fermentation without addition of yeasts and maceration in open conical stainless steel vats for 2 to 3 weeks Aged in oak barrels for around 15 months.
