TASTING NOTES With a charming taste this wine retains a hint of soft and dense tartness. A full-bodied and fruity bouquet for an utmost refined and harmonious wine. TECHNICAL NOTES The maximum production is 75 quintals per hectare. Aging at least three years in oak barrels and 1 year in the bottle. 30% of the wine is aged in small French oak barrels.
