Traditionally made in the Puglia region of south-eastern Italy from whole cow’s milk, pasteurized cream, hut, salt and rennet.Stracciatella has a semi-liquid consistence, and is formed by hand frayed mozzarella drowned in a buttery mousse of fresh cream.
