LAG is formed by the merger of two business stories that have long represented Italian food quality on national and international markets. LAG brings together all the competence and experience of the two brands Lanterna and Agritech. In our three factories, all in Italy, we produce deep-frozen bakery specialities for large retailers and food service, in Italy and abroad, with the same usual goal: to respond accurately and on time to the new needs of customers and consumers, always in the name of quality. Lanterna Founded in 1996 in Genoa, it produces Ligurian focaccia partially cooked and frozen, as well as pizza and bread. Its customers are LSR chains, where it acquires a leading role, and catering, in Italy and abroad. In 2009 it acquires Reno, manufacturer of frozen bread in Padua.
