For decades the Di Biase company has been processing fresh, dried and frozen forest mushrooms. The favorite mushroom is certainly the porcino, which with its aroma and unique characteristics manages to transform each dish into a delicacy. To meet every gastronomic need, the porcini mushroom can be worked whole, laminated or diced, without however losing its extraordinary qualities. But the range is quite wide and, in addition to the porcini king, it is enriched with other fungal types (champignons, nails and mixed mushrooms), in addition to the very natural products of the undergrowth, such as berries, strawberries, asparagus and chestnuts frozen chestnuts.
