Also in their wholemeal version ! Ingredients: Soft WHEAT flour "0", whole WHEAT flour 40%, salt, mother yeast (Soft WHEAT, water), brewer's yeast. Contains gluten. Contains traces of SOYA, SESAME and ALMONDS. Also in their wholemeal version, Friselle keep all the taste and fragrance of the traditional ones. The best way to enjoy them is in the classic way, seasoning them with EVO oil, salt, oregano and tomato in summer or to be chopped into a nice soup on winter evenings.
