This has the typical straw-yellow colour of wheat and larger granules than ordinary flour. We grind the best durum wheat in our mill to obtain our Durum wheat Semolina. This makes it particularly suitable both for baking tasty home-made bread as well as for making excellent fettuccine, either by hand or with an automatic machine. It is also perfect for maccheroni alla chitarra, gnocchi, baked lasagne, cannelloni or any other type of pasta, both with or without egg.
