IbiSe' Salame spianata romana 2.0 kg


The only salami with a flat shape, originaly from Rome.Type of meat: EU pigs from controlled circuits. Production process: the paste is made with lean meats (shoulders and legs) milled to very fine grain and mixed together with big lards, a secret combination of whole and grinded pepper and other Central Italian spices. Cured for 60 days and pressed in special moulds to acquire its flat shape and hard consistency.Flavour: savoury and delicately peppered.
