The tradition of the past, the passion. The Ibis brand was founded in 1962, when in Busseto, Parma center of the country, is setting up a small factory dedicated to the production of bacon and mortadella. In the 90 Ibis produces the first mortadella "signed" slice by slice with a heart: the prestigious "Mortadella Heart of the Country" which is still one of charcuterie most recognized and appreciated. Today Ibis offers a wide and comprehensive range of products, covering the whole spectrum of Italian delicatessen quality, overseeing major products Protected Designation of Origin and Protected Geographical Indication as Mortadella Bologna IGP Grand Duchy in 2011 was honored by the magazine Red Lobster.
