Medusa grilled eggplants are processed started by Italian raw material which is monitored since fields’ stage. Eggplant varieties are selected considering low presence of seeds inside to get whole pulp slices.Grilling process is intentionally done lightly to keep each slice with right texture and avoid extremely dried product.
