Since 1861 Regnoli has been faithful to its mission: to offer the market high quality fish products. In particular, since 1882 the company has been producing the Specialities making up its historical range (marinated eel and fried whitebait, mackerel and seafood salad in oil or natural water, anchovy and sardine fillets, tuna, etc.) under the “Medusa” trademark. These have been joined by more recent products (carpaccio, pre-prepared fish courses, etc.). In the 1980s the Company began setting its sights on expansion, completing its range with a line of natural and pre-prepared vegetable products marketed. Above all it developed an exclusive technology for stabilising and preserving fish products, which has enabled it to achieve undisputed leadership in terms of both quality and quantity.
